DIRECTIONS TO USE FOR SKINCARE:
1. Soak the sunflower seeds in the rosewater for at least 7-8 hours.
2. The next day, put the seeds mixture in a blender along with the honey and blend until smooth.
3. Apply the paste on the face and leave it to dry for 20 minutes.
4. Wash it off with cold water.
5. Repeat twice a week for moisturized and glowing skin.

• In a bowl, add sunflower seeds and milk.
• Soak the seeds in the milk overnight or for 4-5 hours.
• Now, blend the seeds mixture to a fine thick paste.
• Add one stand of saffron to it and mix well.
• Apply this paste on your face and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
• Now, wash it off with water.

DIRECTIONS TO USE FOR HAIRCARE:
Blend sunflower seeds into a fine powder and mix with yogurt or honey to create a nourishing hair mask. Apply to your hair and scalp, leave it on for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly.
