Bulk Order Policy
At KAMA Sri Lanka, we offer exclusive bulk ordering options for businesses, retailers, and individuals who wish to purchase our high-quality, natural products in larger quantities. Please read our bulk order policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility
- Bulk orders are available only within Sri Lanka.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product. Please contact us for details.
- Bulk orders are ideal for resellers, spas, wellness centers, and corporate gifting.
2. Ordering Process
- Inquiry Submission: Submit your bulk order request via our website or contact us directly at [email protected]/ +94 77 728 4206.
- Quotation & Confirmation: We will provide a customized quotation based on your requirements. Once confirmed, a proforma invoice will be issued.
- Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to process the order, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.
- Processing & Lead Time: Orders typically take 7-14 business days for processing, depending on the quantity and product availability.
- Delivery: We offer delivery across Sri Lanka via trusted courier partners. Delivery charges may apply based on location and order size.
3. Pricing & Discounts
- Special bulk pricing applies based on order volume.
- Additional discounts may be available for long-term partnerships or recurring bulk purchases.
4. Returns & Cancellations
- Bulk orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
5. Customization & Private Labeling
- We accept custom requests for bulk orders, including private labeling and special formulations. Additional lead time and costs may apply.
